There are certain things in life that just become a tradition, to name but a few the toasting of a newly married couple with champagne, the gifting of blue for boys and red for girls upon a new birth, the smashing of a bottle of champagne when opening a new major building or development.

These are all traditions and along with this go the many traditions associated with custom ties and custom scarves but I have to say in this instance, more related to custom scarves.

Taking the discussion further with custom ties form a traditional perspective,  which by the way can be printed or woven and generally made by tie makers or tie manufacturers, it must be noted that not all ties are traditional- or are they?

For example, could it be considered to wear custom ties with for example a suit for a wedding? Yes, I would say so and yes, this does involve fashion ties. also, lets take into account the traditional black suit white shirt and guess what? Black tie- normally a bow tie which is most certainly a tradition that is followed around the world and probably as you read this blog regarding custom ties and custom scarves there is an event taking place somewhere on this earth where custom ties are being worn in the form of black bow ties together with a black suit and white shirt.

So with this in mind, and taking into account that there are many different types of custom ties such as corporate ties, company ties, branded ties, promotional ties, club ties, matric ties etc all either made by tie makers or tier manufacturers as printed ties or woven ties.

In fact, lets discuss the last two ties on the list I have just mentioned, these being club ties and matric ties.

So with club ties for example, we could take a closer look at ties made for one of our national sports teams, let look at our awesome Springboks for this example.

When the Springbok team are together and at an official function, most of the time, they are wearing formal clothing, lets say for a gala dinner event. They are wearing their jacket which is a huge traditional item of clothing  and just that alone will tell you that the particular individual wearing this jacket is a Springbok rugby player but of course, the custom ties that are aorn by Springboks, signify everything, this is the seal when it come to their formal wear, it’s the final touch to the tradition of wearing formal clothing to certain events.

There are certain national ladies sides that will wear custom scarves- not corporate scarves, to signify their belonging to a certain national team for example netball. It’s a really feminine item is a custom scarf and can be worn with pride.

Back to the custom ties made by tie makers for players who represent their team at a national level- this is tradition personified.
