So this is a really interesting question because in one way they really are not linked and in another way they really are.

Now why do I say that?

Simply because there are actually many similarities between corporate scarves and printed ties.

Printed ties could encompass sports ties as well and lets not forget that all printed ties are actually custom ties so in the bigger scheme of things, equally are all corporate scarves custom scarves. With this in mind, what are the similarities between corporate scarves and printed ties or sports ties?

Well first of all, lets start with the design process which is quite significant in the life of corporate scarves because we first need a good brief in order for the designer to understand how they should look, the very same is true for printed ties, the designer also needs a good brief in order for production to produce the printed ties.

Then there is clear artwork pdf preferably which is required in order fo the designer to do the design together with correct colour codes.

All of this is the same for both corporate scarves and printed ties or even sports ties. in fact, any type of custom ties.

So having established this fact, let move to the fabrics that make up corporate scarves or printed ties, sports ties or in fact, any type of custom ties.

Generally, the fabrics will not be the same unless we are talking about cheaper more basic printed ties and corporate scarves which would then use the same fabric. The other, more upmarket corporate scarves or custom scarves would us fabrics specific to ladies and the custom ties or printed ties/sports ties would use fabrics more specific to mens ties. so herein lies a difference however, both types of fabrics or should I say all types of fabrics are made from 100 % polyester yarns because all fabrics regardless of corporate scarves or printed ties are sublimated and in order to sublimate, one must use 100% polyester fabrics to get the best return on print quality etc.

Also, because there is a high level of heat involved in the process of sublimation, cotton fabrics for example cannot stand up to the excessive heat and will shrink or perish under the pressure.

Ties South Africa is a really good saying when it comes to printed ties and for that matter woven ties because all printed ties are made in South Africa and most woven ties are made in South Africa hence the term Ties South Africa which really is such a proud term or phrase to use.

School badges are very much a part of school uniform and are closely related to printed ties from this perspective because both printed ties and school badges are used for the same purpose- to complete the school uniform.

Printed ties will continue to become more popular as things progress simply because it is an easier and more straightforward process than woven ties however, both absolutely have their places.
