A true tie maker is one who goes to great lengths to make a great end product, these being items such as custom ties, corporate ties and company ties, not to mention ladies items such as corporate scarves or custom scarves.

Custom is very much related to the design. So whilst a design should be unique to a specific client, it should also be custom designed, hence the word or meaning custom ties or custom scarves to ensure that the item or items are actually unique to the clients requirements and will not be copied or given to another individual or company.

The manufacture of matric tie designs into specific items called matric ties is not a recently established practice or idea, it is in fact quite old and very traditional in many schools.

As we know, the average tie makers are also able to manufacture a ladies scarf as well so whenever I talk about ties, I really do incorporate scarves of many types into this description.

It is a good thing that tie suppliers for the most part try and align themselves with good tie makers or tie manufacturers in order to achieve a great end result.

It is true to say that there are also several tie manufacturers who call themselves tie makers but in the true sense of the word they are not, they are really barely tie manufacturers.
