This is such an interesting question and one that I pondered for quite some time before responding to this question.

So if we consider the 2 entities being custom ties which obviously incorporates school ties, corporate ties and branded ties and then tie manufacturers which encompasses either one tie manufacturer or several tie manufacturers, it would make sense to assume that custom ties incorporating school ties, corporate ties and branded ties would most certainly be manufactured by one or more tie manufacturers.

It would be extremely difficult for example, for a shirt manufacturer to make any type of tie, even school ties which sometimes don’t need to be made to the same level as for example fashion ties or corporate ties although it is extremely important to note that school ties must be made to an extremely high standard in order to stand up to a significant amount of abuse which is often subjected onto things such as school ties.

Whereas corporate ties on the other hand also require to be made to exacting standards but perhaps the overall look of corporate ties or for that matter any form of branded ties or custom ties do need to look the part as they are a huge representative of the corporate for whom they have been made.

In many instances, corporate ties, a sub species of custom ties, are the absolute flagship advertising banner when it comes to getting the name or brand right out there.

I would say that both school ties and corporate ties aswell as any form of branded ties all have a significant requirement in that they really need to be well made- especially as I have said when it comes to school ties that are always under constant threat of survival!

I mean, its no secret that the good old common or garden school ties that we were all used to in our young days very often didn’t make it through the year, never mind the whole of school life.

Sometimes, if a parent is lucky, it may survive its whole school career but this is rare, especially when it becomes involved in a tug of war of an attempt to strangle a disliked school pier.

I often wonder how many school ties have been involved in near murder!

Whereas, corporate ties are a completely different animal, they need to be well made and smartly presented because they uphold the image of the company they represent.

Custom ties without a doubt, no matter the application required, always need to be made to the most highest standards and this is the main reason why this tie or any tie for that matter should be made by proper tie manufacturers so that they do stand the test of time in the case of school ties and that they are properly, smartly and exactly presented in the case of corporate ties, branded ties or for that matter any form of custom ties which also includes club ties and security ties under the umbrella.
