This is a long asked question and one that I have discussed recently in an earlier blog regarding the custom ties industry which of course encompasses many other types of ties including corporate ties, company ties, custom school ties, ties for a tie ceremony, promotional ties, custom ties for schools, matric ties from matric tie designs, made from all types of tie fabrics including printed ties and woven ties.

This is the life of ties South Africa which I do think is a really apt term to give to all of those entities involved in the manufacture, purchase or wearing of custom ties in our beautiful country South Africa.

We must also be careful not to leave out of the equation, corporate scarves and custom scarves as both of these items are extremely important and often ordered hand in hand with custom ties of any description.

I can extend this list to also include striped school ties, matric ties, bobby knot ties and school ties in all forms.

So when we look at the importance of custom ties for schools worn mostly with a blazer as most schools do have a blazer then we understand the school scrolls and school badges are an extremely important part of the school uniform and go hand in had with the school blazer and school ties.

It’s a known fact that the more traditional schools rely heavily on the weight and impact of things like a school blazer and custom ties- I call them custom ties simply because there are so many different types of custom ties for schools that we have to include all of them in the list or description.

So back to school scrolls and school badges- the two items that hold such a high level of importance when it comes to the impact made by a young person wearing their school blazer blessed with lots of school scrolls.

I have always marvelled at how impressive some school attire is when the school scrolls and badges are sewn on one below the other making a statement that says ‘This person is a huge achiever, they have worked hard for their school scrolls and they are well deserved” and for sure, as these achievers go through life, they never forget the way it felt to show off all their school scrolls.

Some blazers were so adorned with school scrolls on both sides that they were running out of space to put them- how magnificent and what wonderful achievers.

I have to believe that the majority of young people who receive the lions share of school scrolls, go onto become amazingly successful individuals simply because their capacity for achievement is so huge, the long line of school, scrolls and school badges says it all I think.

Of course, the other stand out thing when it came to school scrolls and school badges was the white or different coloured blazers adorned quite often by the head leaders of those individuals with a stream of full colours giving them the right to wear the special blazers- how wonderful!!
